NEW RAM

Sh3raz
Hi People,

I noticed that RAM is suddenly more expensive. So I decided to buy 8 gb incase it gets worse.

Here's my current rig:

NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX570 2.5GB EVGA
AMD PHENOM II X4 955
ASUS M4N68T-PRO
4GB (MUSHKIN OR SOMETHING)

In future when I upgrade my motherboard I might get an intel motherboard and processor..not sure yet, but they seem to be rated when it comes to high end processors.

Dont especially have any brand loyalty but I wouldn't mind corsair (if only to match my PSU).
UK based, willing to buy from any good store (e.g. play, amazon etc.)
will consider anything 50-70quid.

Thanks!

I recommend you to find out brand of your current RAM and buy something with similar brand for less conflicts that may happen. But if we forget about the brand "Corsair Vengeance" are just amazing memories. I have tried 2x8GB DDR3 of them and it is just amazing.

If you want to get one i think it should be around 70-75$ from amazon but i don't know anything about the costs in uk so you should check it yourself.
CHAOS-THEORY
You kind sir, have to remember the first important thing before buying and before even choosing the brand.
you have to know if your mobo is compatible with the RAM module you are going to get and vice versa;
so be careful, as stated here : http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4N68T_PRO/
your mobo used the DDR3 memory module, just to clear things out for you
Peace
