I believe that nobody will like your layout
it's very ugly, and on firefox header doesn't match with all other layout.The colours you have used aren't hormonious... use a different colour scheme. The layout isnt that bad. With the right colours, I am sure it will look better.
I don't think the layout is bad but PLEASE change the colors. I couldn't read the content because I only know English.
Maybe you should change you style. it not very well.
Bad, non attractive layout and the font of the headings is hard to read.
