How funny it is to find such bullshits on this forum. Especially if we take care of France's History. As an european country, France was involved in a lot of conflicts through the past and made a hudge colonial empire. We also had some famous emperors, f.e Napoléon or Charlemagne.
The last thing that we can consider as a victory is probably the 1st WW.
Just for your consideration:
