A building in Yuen Long, Hong Kong.
In Chinese, this building is called 百烏亭, "the tower of a hundred birds".
The name comes from the many birds that resides on the ground level of this tower. The ground floor of this tower is wider (in diameter) than the tower itself and the enclosed space is designed to house the many different speicies of birds that inhabits the local area (though there isn't really 100 kinds of birds).
To reach the top levels of this tower, you would have to enter the bird enclosure and in the middle of this area, there is a spiral staircase that leads up to the tower itself. The bottom of the tower (not the ground floor) is where this photo is taken.[/img]
