Yes you can importing into Flash MX, but I don't know if the scripts works.
you can use an swf inside a fla document but you can't convert it.

Cool, i didn't know you could decompile .swf files.
I think "SWFDecompiler" is very good soft of swf to fla.u can search it with google.

Dont decompile things people have spent THEIR TIME programming, why not learn how to program falsh yourself like i did!
There is a reason there is no inbuilt decompile tool.

Importing Flash files created with Mix-FX into PowerPoint is a snap. By following these simple steps, you will be up and running in no time at all and impressing all of your visitors with your talents!
Step 1:
1. Open up your PowerPoint presentation. Select the page into which you want to insert the animation into
2. Go to View - Toolbars - Control Toolbox (figure 1) and click on the icon which looks like a little hammer
3. Select "Shockwave Flash Object" (figure 2) from the list
4. Drag a square onto the place where you want the Mix-FX file to appear
5. After you have done this, right-click on the box, choose properties, and the properties menu will pop up
6. To add the Mix-FX file you must click on "Custom", and select the "Build" icon (the three dots at the end of the line)
7. Now enter the Movie URL (make sure that you enter the correct path!) and tick the "Embed Movie" box as well
8. Finally, save and run your slide show in presentation view
