LeBron James or Michael Jordan
LeBron in 10 minutes today I saw him nail three 3 pointers in a row and just dish out everyone that came close to him.
In his 3rd year he looks a lot better than MJ From What I have seen. And I played against LeBron in high school here in Ohio and I was killed. I had a 3 on him but his D and O were unreal.
LeBron may be better than MJ now that MJ ever was...

When its all said and done I think LBJ will be better than MJ.
Why not ask Lebron himself why Jordan is his idol? The player to top Jordan's basketball greatness and legacy is not yet born IMO. Iverson, Kobe, Penny, Mcgrady, Carter and many more Jordanesque cage superstars have surfaced, but none so far as years pass-by has surpassed MJ's achievements.
Not sure about who's exactly got more skills, but one thing that LJ ain't got is the charisma of good ol' MJ. MJ's hot stuff.
i think that Michael Jordan.. even that Labron is good.. but Jordan is better... and their is no paramater to requir..
Depends on what you want them for!!
At this point, I have to take Jordan and his six championship rings, over Mr. James.
A comparison, at this level, must be earned, and I don't believe Mr. James has yet earned the right to be compared to Mr. Jordan.
In 10 years, we will see, but I'd like to see LeBron get his team to the playoffs ONCE before I make a comparison to the great Mr. Jordan.
Also, don't forget that Mr. Jordan took time away from basketball to play baseball for a few years. He wasn't that great at baseball, but it certainly took away some statistics, and the possibility of him winning EIGHT titles in a row!!

as tribe said James's 3rd year only! Not that i dont like Jordan. But i think its too early to compare them, Jame has a lot of years in nba in front of him and noone knows what his future will be
hehehehehhe for now this is stupid to compare this two basketball players...
Jordan is now one of the legend of Basket, and Lebron is young wolf and have some time to prove his skill.

King James is good, but how good is to be determined. He has not even earned the right to even be compared to MJ .. yet.
Jordan was great in the regular season, but it is in the playoff that his name is made. I would like to see how Lebron handles himself in the playoff first before I past a judgement.

We all know what mike did. What has Lebron accomplished? NOTHING YET Will he or won't he who know's but right now it isn't even fare to compare
JORDAN ,of course

U can't compare anyone to MJ. He was the best player ever, even lebron can just be a "2nd MJ"... So MJ is definitely better!
Since the question is "Who is better?", I will have to say that nobody can be compared to Michael Jordan. You have to remember that in his second full season (the third overall) Jordan averaged 37.1 points per game. If the question was "Will LBJ be better than MJ?" then that would be a tough one. LeBron has some real potencial and will get close to MJ if not pass him.
You can see the improvment that LeBron made in his 3s over last year in his game. For such an excellent player to continue to get better every year means that he has great potential. I'm watching the Cleveland vs Boston game right now, and LeBron just nailed 4/4 3s in a row
Speaking of LeBron, now that he has teammates to support him on the cavs, his team should be a big team this year. I think you can look at their record and see that they should go far.

MJ is the best! No matter for his looking, fitness, body shape, shooting balance, leadership and so on...
Name one of the NBA player, could you say anyone else as compared to him for all the criteria listed?
Unforetunately, none....

Michael Jordan was my idol in childhood and I think that he is the best basketball player 4ever, at least for me
Can we see him win one NBA championship first before we start calling him the new MJ? Not that I don't like him, he is certainly great on the court.
I heard of such comparisons of the next MJ during the heyday and reign of Penny Hardaway in Orlando Magics with a young Shaquille O'Neal and with Grant Hill during his strong stint with Detroit Pistons. However, after sometime, people begin to realize that even with the influx of the high-flying athletic basketball superstars in the NBA, to top MJ in many ways is a mountanious task. I doubt if Lebron can even outmatch the dynaties put-up by LA Lakers with Kobe Bryant. If you can only imagine how tough the competition was during MJs time. There was Clyde Drexler in Blazers, Shwn Kemp and Payton in Supersonics, Barkley in Phoenix Suns, Malone in Utah, Ewing in New York, Olajuwon in Houston, Robinson in San Antonio, Alonzo Mourning in Miami Heat, Reggie Miller in Pacers, Shaq and Penny in Orlando and many other bright superstars. All of them never did it as MJ did. At least I stand to my first point here, the next MJ is not yet born.
Michael Jordan is the best player ever.
Lebron is making it bright now in the NBA. Hope to see more his improvements. However, to compare him to MJ is a bit off the hood. You'll never know how much MJ brings to the fans whenever he steps in the playing court. He is truly a legend.
