How do i change the size of images on the forums when they are GIANT as a source code? as in change the width? (talking bbcode here)
Peterssidan
It is not possible. You will have to change the size of the image itself.

...Though as a suggestion, that's not half bad.

Make a new custom BBcode:

bbcode:
[bigpic]{url}[/pigpic]

Replacement:
<a href="{url}"><img src="{url}" width="500" title="Resized image. Click for full size."></a>

That gets you a bbcode handler for large images that replaces them with a scaled-down image and provides a link to the full size image (with a tooltip on the image of "Resized image. Click for full size.')

...

Or for a more elegant solution, you can do what I did on my forum. A javascript resizes all oversize images down to a forum-friendly size, with a little magnifying glass button on them.
Clicking the magnifying glass brings up a java 'lightbox' popup with the full size image inside it.

Just upload to imgur and edit size during upload.

Awesome, I use Imgur regularly and was unaware it could do that. Cool
