I have been using stumble upon (a browser addon) for a while and have to admit that I really like it. You set up an account, tell it your interests, and it will take you to sites that it thinks you will like. You can then vote "I like it" or "Not for me" on the sites that you view. Using this information, it can then use similar submitted by other stumblers to better guess what kind of sites to send you to.
The catch? Well, its free so they make money by periodically taking you to a sponsor site. You have to sign up with an e-mail address, but you can use a throw away e-mail, so its not that bad.
