OK. the edges are to sharp. you have to put some texture on windows logo, more shining effect. also i didn't like the text in the top corner, it should be in buttom. Evil Homer

What i don't like tho is the light thing on the feathers down to the right

Yeah, even I think that you should take away that glow from the feathers.
Not only is the glow overburning, it is also distracting. You can make use of subtle glows throughout. Other than that, it looks pretty good overall. Nice work.  win66
