Things to eat for hair growth

Getting your hair to grow requires more than just a good hairdresser and quality hair products. You also need to watch what you eat. The most important nutrition of hair is from what you eat.

Certain foods contain high amounts of nutrients that promote healthy hair growth, such as iron, omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins K, A and B. If you're serious about growing your hair long, you should incorporate food rich in these nutrients in as many meals as possible, including lunch. There are plenty of lunch foods, from sandwiches to salads, that contain many of the nutrients your hair needs to grow long and strong. Omega-3 fatty acids promote a healthy scalp, which in turn promotes the growth of shiny, vibrant hair. Enjoy a salmon burger for lunch, or add smoked salmon to a sandwich. If you are in the mood for sushi, order a tuna roll. Add extra anchovies to an authentic Caesar salad. Although not everyone enjoys sardines, if you do, make a sardine sandwich, mixing the oily fish with mayo or avocado.

Dark Green Vegetables

Vitamin K is instrumental in promoting hair growth. It is found abundantly in dark green, leafy vegetables. Vitamin K helps prevent hair loss, helping you keep your tresses long as well as shiny. For lunch, enjoy salads made with dark greens such as spinach, arugula and romaine lettuce. You can also enjoy a side dish of cooked greens, such as sauteed spinach, Swiss chard, mustard or collard greens. Dark leafy greens are also good sources of vitamins A and C.

i think to eat balanced and healthy food makes your hair beautiful.there are some specific treatment to make hair shining and in our country what we do we message our hair with oil before every shower.there are lots of other therapy that we use to make hair shining and beautiful
