Fibre Optic Patch Panels

welshsteve
Hi everyone. Can anybody tell me how I unplug and plug the fibre optic patch cables to a rack mount fibre optic panel (see - http://swweb.frih.net/images/FibrePanel.jpg). Basically, I have a new switch that needs changing over, which means I need to unplug the fibre patch from the old switch, and patch it into the new switch. The plugs for the switches are different, so I need to change the patch cable, which means unplugging the old cables from the panel (as pictured).
