Not sure whereabouts on Earth you are.... but I use www.1and1.co.uk they are cheap and easy to use. They also have a US site www.1and1.com if you prefer to pay in $'s
I personally wouldn't recommend 1and1.com. The ones I would recommend are internic.ca, godaddy.com, netfirms.com.
