Internet Explorer problem.

I take my laptop to 2 different house, which have 2 different types of connections.

My problem is that;

In my first house i have Microsoft IE6 provided by Wanadoo(my connection supplier). When i connect to Wanadoo via ADSL i can go on the internet and all works fine.

When i go to my other house where we have a wireless router connected to NTL Cable Broadband. I can connect to the wireless network and use MSN, play online games but i cant use Microsoft IE because its provided by Wanadoo(My connection at my other house). It says "Error 403".

I need to stop Wanadoo providing my IE. How can i do this?? Anybody got any idears for me??

yes, switch to firefox. But I think the problem you have revolves around your proxy settings. Your first location likely using a "caching web proxy". When you switch to the other location the 403 error indicates failed permission.

In IE, tools, internet options do your boxes look like these:

then click LAN settings

both my boxes are the same as the ones in the pictures. Is there anything else to do? or is that it.

Iv also downloaded Firefox.

Ill try both ways later today and let u know how i get on.
