I have a burning question: What is the difference between Potoshop CS and Photoshop 7?

I knew that it's a newer version, but I wasn't sure on whether or not it was.. like an update to PhostoShop 7, rather, I thought it was something similar, but not the same. But now it's clear to me that it's a newer version of Photoshop7. Thanks for your help.
PhotoShop CS is more expensive and has more features that you won't use

Potoshop CS is a new service and Photoshop 7 is a old version photo shop.
