Highlight PHP-code in a HTML-document

How can highlight PHP-code in HTML-documents?
For example if my code is:

<?php
echo "<h1>Welcome</h1>";
?>

How is this done ??

use http://api.yandex.ru/jslibs/libs.xml#highlightjs instead.
