is this really a free web hosting site??

does any one know if this site, when creating a web page here, costs any money... also like if you dont pay, you get very bad service type of enviroment.... or is it really free and it works perfectly fine?? i mean has any one had any minor bugs or type of problem come up when using this host because i dont wnat to use it if it's just like all the other ones... and i reallie need a web page running, but i don't really have the money to afford any superficial account... if any one has any advice or know a place where i can truely get free web hosting please leave a message... it would be greatly appreciated... about being a free site, it's free of charge but not free of effort, you need to be active on the forum to get your site hosted in the first place.
posting /signed to 10 threads a day might not help you though.

so far i had little to no problems with availability of the page.
Cpanel anfantastico makes installation and administration easy.
there's no popups, popbacks,flashbanner etc..
that's what i call good service
