Login to your cPanel, and click on 'MySQL Databases' (or, just click this link: http://frihost.com:2082/frontend/bluelagoon/sql/index.html )

Under 'Access Hosts', type your IP address. If you don't know your IP, go to http://whatismyip.com.

This will allow your computer to connect to the MySQL server.

MySQL host address: [yoursite].frihost.com
Username: cPanel username
Password: cPanel password
Port: Use the default (i think it's 3306)
