You can create a sitemap and submit it to Google. This can help, but as n0obie4life says, the best way is to get high ranking sites to link to you. You can start by putting your website in your profile on this forum, and in your signature. Also checkout the Site Advertisement and SEO forum on this site.
I even do not need to submit my url...google gets to my site via rss and trough other sites.Good to have a blogger account.You can have it as your main site and direct everything from there to your other pages.
