That doesn't seem fair! Why would people want to exchange links with you when you insist that they have a high page rank already?
Yes but it's not fair get link from pr0 which wil mean nothing to me and to link somebody from pr7 and give him pr5 or 6 on next update. Sorry but it's not good mathematic to me. From the other side I will except to exchange links from pr 3 and 4. Sounds fair enough now?
That sounds more like it. I understand that you may not want loads of links to PR0 sites. You might have a PR7 now, but at next update you may not be that high, and others with low PRs may have higher ones due to other links they have. So people with a low PR site now, may help your PR in the next update!
