Play IRC Via Web

( u see i just know from my friend ok.. )
Ussually peoople play IRC by using MIRC software whos produced by Sir Mardam Bey.

But, what if sometimes, we surfing at a new place, where there is no MIRC ? , should we download it first ?
The answer is no, you don't to download. Cause u also can play IRC via Web, there is many site, my friends told me.

One site, i ussually use is

you can also use http://chat.efnet.info/
it's for efnet only though, still it's cool, i use it a lot
