not only me, most of the yahoo chatters and other chatters must have faced this. sometimes it is really a great fun to have links but while talking
to frens they create problems.
sometimes they even emerges while using computer with parents.
i think that they should be avoided.

And I don't agree with you. Now we have something in common
MSN doesn't have that ads and Google® Talk® don't has ads at all.
u should try things like that.
Wow, I actually agreee with you! When did that start happening? (j/k)
Yeah mate, avoid Yahoo. Especially if you use Yahoo! Chat. However, most of your friends are probably on Yahoo! MEssenger. If you really need to be using Y! Messenger, then avoid logging into the Y! chatrooms. They're filled with bots that save your ID and keep IMing you sex links. Use any other online chat rooms.

Oh, I think it happens more often than you'll admit to
When I am searching different sites for more traffic etc etc I sometimes get these "Adult Finder" pop-ups or "Porno Finder" etc I have a problem with this because if one of my parents happen to get on and i didnt close my browser then a pop-up for finding porn and that kind of stuff may be up and they might get the idea im surfing porn..if i would surf porn i am not stupid enough to leave my browser up with the site i was on...its not like i look at porn anyways

I think I call that an AD. Unless you have mess patch installed or some ad removal patch. But, you shouldn't have them. Microsoft provides such a great service, and by removing their revune on messenger is bad
If you are using gaim for messenger, there isn't ads.
where can I down the software of google IM?
I cannot find it by the www.google.com
Oh, I've got it by www.google.com/talk
why not AIM
haha. no, no. but yeah there are many options now a days, and I'd stay away from the big 3, AOL/AIM/Netscape, MSN/Microsoft, and Yahoo/Y!. Trillian will let you use any of the above mentioned three but you are better off with a Trillian-Trillian connection. I belive Gaim also has similar functionality (I can't remember I used it briefly with Knoppix) and there are others such as Google's new IM client and of course Hello (based in congunction with Picasa and Blogger; both owned by Google). You cpuld just do a quick search, but really you are going to be limited by whatever client your friends use, and trying to convert them won't be easy. have fun, stay safe and don't give out your A/S/L and/or #/address/email. btw popup blockers and adblock (firefox extension) would be helpful.
Talk to yahoo about it, they are basically the only people that can really do that stuff. Most of those are bots there people make and spam links and different things to get more visitors to there site. The only reason you should be seeing the sites is if you click on them. If not just email yahoo and tell them about the bots.
