It's because the style of cpanel has been changed from 'x' to 'blue lagoon'. You probably had the page for the old style bookmarked.

Login again with the following URL: http://mdstudio.frihost.net:2082

After that is done you can change the URL of your bookmark.

I was having this same problem, but when I went to the new cpanel, I couldn't log on because acidentally erased the e-mail with my password. Can I get my password sent to me again? How do I do that?

You can enter your Cpanel follow the URL:
http://Yoursubdomainname/cpanel
I think that will get over your problem
