On last Friday announced from the "Symantec Security Response" about an anti-virus software updated
version for enterprise customers cause to crashes on some computers.

For the organization who use Symantec's anti-virus software such as "Endpoint Protection 12.1" on a
PC running Windows, especially Windows XP, your computer may experience the BSoD - Blue Screen

Weird. though I got Norton Internet Security I have had a issue with any updates thus for. Thought I am not sure if NIS is effected. Hope you get your issue solved.
