is there any cms or ready script with the help of which i can create a job pportal for both employers and job seekers.
i want to create this in a community website i am planning.
any information regarding this is welcome.

I don't believe that fantastico has any script that can cater to your specific needs.

Although, through a little digging around through google and other sites, it appears there is a category on hotscripts that seems to have a pretty good number of scripts, maybe one of them is exactly what you're looking for. I can't really suggest one because I have never tried any of them out. Sorry.
