I'm about to upload my site. It's a guitar site and includes some original (under 300kb at most) mp3 files. these are playing demonstrations and such.

But u r the owner right ? I think you can host them .
As I said, the files are original, and I have permission to post all of them.
I know that rule you mentioned - Q is are there exceptions? can my account be deleted or anything for this?
