famfamfam.com has the best free icon set on the web, with 1000+ icons, all free.

loads of programs such as notepad++, FF web dev. toolbar use it, I think even joomla use them, though I might be wrong.

I've always hated using stock photography sites because the free ones often have images with bad resolution, making them really hard to use, but this site seems to be much better about that. Thanks for the link!

excellent site! stock photography is always helpful for when i am working on graphics, which iw as this weekend for a school campaign.

Yup, knew about this one. It's great in my opinion. But I think that in order to keep it going more people should register and offer photos as well as taking them.

Once you register (which is free) you can download the images at high quality (although not all have high quality versions) It's an amazing site Smile
