it would be the best to do it on a daily basis. its simple. u give your body a short period during the day where he can "shut up" and focus on it self, slow down and let go of all the unusefull thoughts in our heads. its good to center again and to focus on the important things rather than shit that is only causing paranoia, fear or depresion. focus on your streangth, on your plan in life.

sex is the same basicly. it gives u a time where u can relax and shut up. youconcentrate on your emotions and yourself and not on material or erxternal things
