Scientists under vegetable (vegetable) level of nutrients contained, they are divided into categories a, b, c, d 4. ¡¡
¡¡1. class huluobosu, riboflavin, vitamin-rich vegetables (vitamin food) c, calcium (calcium foods), fiber, high nutrition value, mainly cabbage, spinach, mustard, such as amaranth, leeks, potherb mustard.
2. vegetable nutrition in b class, usually divided into 3 types. ¡¡¡¡First with riboflavin, includes all the fresh beans and bean sprouts; second contain more beta-carotene and vitamin c, include carrots, celery, onion, green onion, tomato, peppers, sweet potatoes, etc; the third major vitamin c, including cabbage, cabbage, cauliflower, etc. ¡¡¡¡
3. less vegetables contain vitamin c, but with high calories, including potatoes, Yam, taro, pumpkin, etc.
4. small vegetables with a small amount of vitamin c, lower nutritional value, wax gourd, bamboo shoots, eggplants, zizania latifolia.
