Question about DirectAdmin public_html directory shortcut

inoshi
Hi,

Trying to understand something, I notice that my shortcut public_html directory is the Frihost path, not my additional mydomain:

. . . CMD_FILE_MANAGER/domains/mydomain.frihost.org/public_html

Maybe it should be different? If I have a few domains then essentially is that shortcut only good for the initial Frihost domain?

Thanks,

Inoshi

I am not good with CMD but I think you can follow subdomains logic.

Ones you are create subdoman (in public_htm folder) then you can easy ad on top level domain. Then, independent of CMD, I assume this is possible, you can point different folder for site instance.

. . . CMD_FILE_MANAGER/domains/mydomain.frihost.org/public_html/secondsite/
. . . CMD_FILE_MANAGER/domains/mydomain.frihost.org/public_html/thirdsite/

and keep it all other domains on same mydomain.frihost.org.

But take this with delay because I am not good with CMD. Embarassed

I added my domain, and then it get a path like that: "/domains/seconddomain.com/public_html"
