help how do i lose weight between my thighs

okay! guys the top of my theighs touch! and i just generally hate my legs and my hips, there all a bit too big! how do i make my legs not touch and also...

i dont have a flat stomach! im going on hoilday soon and i would like a flat stomach

someone help! HOW TO GET A FLAT STOMACH+TO MAKE MY LEGS NOT TOUCH

To reduce the thigh fat and have a properly toned legs, you should have to do two things. First of all , diet control -- Avoid oily and junk foods, ice-cream, chocolates etc high caloric food.

Secondly -- do exercise, specially leg movement exercises. The Treadmill is an ideal solution. It helps to reduce both thigh and bum. I personally got benefited from it.

Please do not go for any medicine which promise to reduce weight in days. They are usually based on steroids and has adverse side effects.

Here are some exercises you can do in addition to Treadmill.

Exercise and diet are the only way.
Diet means you have to give up junk food and eat "boiled-in-water" stuff.
You have to change your mindset.
No eating junk food; sleep early, and get up early.
It doesn't mean you have to suffer. Its something yo have to get used to, and eventually, you will feel great and it will be worthed.
