I have TI Connect to connect my TI-83+ to my computer. It worked fine on my old computer (win 9
, but on my new computer (xp), I try to run the .exe and it says "This program requires at least 3MB of Virtual Memory to run"
I have way more than enough so I don't know how to get around this. I tried compatibility mode and it still gave me the error. I tried to run the individual setups, but it said they must be run by the main program. Any ideas to get this installed??
I had to search TI's website to get updated software for it to work properly on my computer. It took me awhile to actually find it, but it's on their website as I got it only about a month ago. If it helps any, I use the TI-Connect Silver USB cable, it works fine when I downloaded it from their site. I know you have to have a free account with them though. I don't exactly remember what part of the site to look under, so I can't really help you there, sorry.

A have the same calculator and it has got some nice graphical software on the cd...
What were you planning to do with the software? It has some nice features but almost all things are also possible on the calculator itself...
Tell me
James
I remember seeing Doom for the TI83, you could DM two players on it
Yes! Games!
But we always have to reset our calculators when we have an exam
They already know me
Install A better MS OS
Better OS's include win2K, and DOS.
If that fails, then install linux.
yeah so anyone who still hasn't noticed, the problem is solved and I'm only replying to James007
I just use it to upload my programs and download games usually. I wrote a few ti-basic programs when i was bored and I haven't installed the software on my new pc till now.
Okay, thank you for replying
I was just curious.
Tnx
James
