I don't know if you knew this one, but it's very cool, expecially for skype/gnomemeeting.
It's an experimental extension of alsa, based on a kernel-space part, known as btsco.ko or snd-bt-sco.ko, and a userspace part, the "btsco" application.
All you need is downloading a small package including the sources of both parts, spend 2 minutes in compiling and make install.
After module loading and launching ./btsco <btaddr-of-headset> you are ready to try the new /dev/dsp1 device, and use it just like a normal soundcard, to record and play sound in full duplex!
The only one bad point about it is that the code is in a very early stage.. But it's only a question of time.
