How do you add text or an image to a link in your signature? I've noticed some members are able to do this but whenever I try to add the appropriate BB code, it doesn't work. Is this a feature that is only available to privileged members or something? (not trying to be funny or sarcastic).

Go here... http://www.frihost.com/forums/profile.php?mode=editprofile
Look for window next to Signature and add your link to image like this:
| Code: |
| [img]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v240/FukNRekd/Root/bac_solera.jpg[/img] |
Be sure to use your image's addy, not mine.
If you've done that and it doesn't work, check the URL. Also make sure

is checked YES
You can use normal BB code.
To have a text link to in your avatar:
Let's say you wanna link to www.xyz.com, and you want the text to show "ABC", this can be done like this:
To have an image linked to www.xyz.com instead, let us suppose your image is at the location www.someimagehost.com/imagex.jpg, your code will be:
I think that ought to do the trick

Okay thanks for the responses. Got it working now although I already knew about the BBCode to add and was doing it exactly how Tidrug described but for some reason it wasn't working before. Now it is. (*shrug*... yes I know that sounds really convincing... *chuckle*...)
Alright then, all straightened out...
