If you don't get what I mean, lets grab some rules on avatars from a few forums, comparing with FRIHost.
Okay? Quit complaining. Feel free to post any forum ruels you know that have more or lesser. But, I'm sure there'd be lesser. And I need popular ones, don't give me those where you have your own and you make your own rules.
