The best and worst of Christmas.Nameless
The best moment: Walking into my local supermarket a couple of weeks ago and seeing the first batch of cheap, delicious and plentiful fruit mince pies. Mmm.
The worst moment: Ordering a new book online today and realising that I'm not even gonna be reading that this year, am I? What's yours so far? deanhills
Christmas is not celebrated in the UAE of course, except under expats so I'd see that as the down side. Lately however I've seen some great Xmas trimmings in land mark places like Dubai Mall. There is no public holiday for us, but we can still enjoy some special treats. The treats being the upside.
