I just started using frontpage to make my site, i usually use notepad, but got tired of uploading it page by page. So now i built my site, or part of it, and uploaded it to my site, and it's been about 3-4 hours, and it still has not changed. is it always like this?

Hi I had the same trouble after uploading changes.
The answers I got from the forum were things like flush internet cache and did I upload to the correct directory, and other obvious stuff like this.
Check these out first.
Another thing is to make sure not to put www. before your name, although it will stil return your site strange things happen!

upload all files to the public_html folder. Everything not inside public_html cannot be seen by teh outside world. Have an index.html file.
Try deleting your temporary internet file after uploading your site so your browser will reload your site into your own computer.
