Communism

Does communism necessarily put a limit to the property that one can earn/hold? And does it emphasis on equality between two extremes by raising the lower and making the higher ones fall?

Yes. The key feature of communism or socialism is equality in resources. That may or may not mean exactly the same for every person - there is a slogan that sums it up nicely for me.

"To each according to his/her need, from each according to his/her ability."

What about "To each according to his/her effort."?

Does communism address that?

In theory, yes to both. In practice, well...

The point is that no one is allowed to gain wealth on other peoples, or mother earths, expense. The world becomes better if no one is pour. It is better for the rich people as well and why should anyone own more than he or she can use. And solidarity. Can you be happy if other people are unhappy. It does not matter if YOU put in more effort because then you can do more good and that in it self is your reward. If you are forceful and ambitious then you can help others, less fortunate to better their lives. Everyone can contribute in one way or an other. Do not need to be in the same way.

And by the way, up till now, there have not existed any Communist society.
