What the hell is it? can you give us a run down in simple terms?
Basically there is a place in the Carribean, (of the coast of central America). There are three islands but they dont come out of the water.
Some people are gonna build stilts coming from the underwater islands and make one big island.
They are then building shops, houses and everything else you need to live there and some rich people are goona go and live there.
