A friend and I were just wondering about this, since we own Simcity 2000... do either of the newer Simcities have terrorist attack as a disaster?
A question about Simcity 3000 and Simcity 4
Simcity 3000 doesn't. You can get attacked by a buncha foreign aliens (not really aliens, I think they're the black spheres from simcity 2000).
I dont think you can, i've played Sim City 4, but not long enough to know.

Seems there are some disasters in Simcity 4. But I dont remember, that was long ago since I played it last
I think Simcity 4 came out after Sept. 11. So don't expect simcity 4 to have terrorist stuff in it.
