Who is the best scorer in the world
Who do you think is the best scorer? You have to remeber its who can scorer the most goals not who is the best player! thats why ronhldinio is not on there...
Ronaldo is my bet. He's awesome and very unpredictable.
Well i Voted for Ronaldo because he almost alwasys make a goal of a chance he gets.

Shevchenko is the best striker. The best scorer would probably be van Nistelrooy or Eto'o.
Overall he is the best striker out there at the moment - more complete than the others listed. If you are talking only about the number of goals probably Ronaldo or Henry although I don't know exact numbers. But Ronaldo is not so good any more and Henry does not perform for France as well as he does for Arsenal. Whereas Shevchenko is very important to Ukraine and has helped them to qualify for their first World Cup. And he also scores in important matches, for both Milan and Ukraine.
Ibrahimovich, Eto'o and Adriano are the new generation of strikers but you can't call any of them the best striker in the world just yet.

I vote David Trezeguet, he can get a goal by foot as good as by head. What a great player that I ever seen. Not only act as goal getter but also an assister for his friend in Juventus or France. His ill can't stop him to made goal by goal and put his name in the top 5 goal scorer in Italian League this season. I pray and hope he can get a golden boot this year.

I know that Ronaldo is from Brasil, is now in Real Madrid, Before in Inter Milan, and before in his glorius times in FC Barcelona. The poll is entitled "Who do you think is the best scorer in the world?" but you have players in there who aren't out and out scorers like rooney and ibrahimovic, but not the best goalscorer in the world (in my opinion) David Trezeguet. He is the best penalty area player imo, no one can use their head and feet to finish as well as him. (henry, ronaldo, shevchenko etc. can't head nearly as well, and only ronaldo and van nistelrooy can finish as consistantly with their feet).
