Please suggest what diet we should take in winter.So that we can stay healthy.

Usually, winter causes dryness and skin problems.So try to concentrate on the fruits with vitamin C. Also be careful of taking adequate water as the water keeps the skin healthy. Avoid junk food at all cost. You can see this--

I think there shouldn't be more change in diet plan with respect to season. You can reduce the amount of liquids and drinks and use hot coffee, tea and soop in winter. Other things not really matter in my opinion.

casseroles all the time yum. Pudding afterwards. Pasta bakes are nice too.

Porridge for breakfast with oodles of honey.

Soup for lunch perhaps.

And some more pudding.
