Transparant Table

I work with frames on my site.
Now I have a problem with tables in a frame.
The Frame has got a picture as background, but the background of the table is white, so you don't see the picture on the background.

Is there a Tag to make the table transparant?

use css either as a seperate class or a style

e.g.
