What to eat for staying healthy

hello all,
I am feeling some stress from last 3 days.Please tell me what to eat so that i can become healthy.
Have a banana a day to get B vitamins. Have some flax seeds in your breakfast, lunch or dinner to get omega-3 fatty acids.
Eat a variety of nutrient-rich foods. You need more than 40 different nutrients for good health, and you know that single food supplies can not full fill all your requirement Your daily food selection should include bread and other whole-grain products; fruits; vegetables; dairy products; and meat, poultry, fish and other protein foods. How much you should eat depends on your diet.

I came to know that nuts in general have good ingredients and some even omega 3. Peanut have very good fat. However Coconut fat has saturated fat. So be conscious about that.

Chocolate is good for stress, chocolate and exercise make you feel good.

Chocolate is not so healthy, but it does make you feel good.
Eat a balanced diet preferably containing grains,rice,wheat .Dal is a rich source of protein ! Include in your diet ! Salad is a good practise ! Razz

1. Get healthy breakfast like egg, butter, bread and so on.
2. Drink milk in morning.
3. Eat dry fruit which is very important to your body.
4. Fruit and Salad are also very helpful to our body.
5. Eat food which provide more nutrition to your body.
Fresh vegetables and juices can be better for your stress and health as well.
To stay healthy you have to determine how much you eat , it means how many calories you have to take daily
Don't fear fatty foods.You need to consume fat from foods for your body to function correctly. However, it's important to choose the right kinds of fats
Eat right carbohydrates. As carbohydrates are main source of energy

Try eating a medium-sized meal for breakfast, a large meal for lunch, and a small meal for dinner.
Never skip breakfast.Many people skip breakfast because they are not feeling hungery
Research shows that people who skip breakfast are usually fatter than those who eat a well balanced breakfast.
Always try to buy non fat or reduce fat food
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid alcohol
Reduce suger in diet
Adopt the habit of eating slowely
eat fresh fruits and vegetables

You should drink pure milk.
Eat more fresh fruits and raw vegetables such as:
Apple, banana, orange, grapes, broccoli, carrot, pumpkin, and turnip.
Eat green beans.

For stay healthy banana is best food.
In fact, bananas have several positive benefits that many other fruits do not have

if some one have constipation eat 3 to 4 banana, he or she feel better because banana have certain fiber that help to promote bowel movement

I'd add to that some nuts, small portions of lean meats and exercise. Eat until your 60% full and exercise once a day for 30 minutes.

For staying healthy fish is very important
Fish protects heart of young and old people. If we will make habit of eating fish weekly cut down the risk of heart disease 90 percent in women. Eating plenty of omega-3s reduces heart-threatening blood clots.
Eating finned food keeps joints in the swim. Fish rich in DHA omega-3s could protect against osteoarthritis, which often hits knees hard
I always use to eat the natural food to stay healthy as

we should eat fruits, vegetables and grains. These contain all that we need for life. All of the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients we need to maintain a healthy body and control body weight are in these foods. Remarkably, some foods often resemble the organs of the body they most affect.

carrots are good for your eyes Besides the Vitamin A and fiber carrots provide abundantly,Carrots greatly enhance blood flow to the eyes and improve eye performance.
tomatoes are good for the heart as well as the prostate.tomatoes are loaded with lycopene and are indeed pure heart and blood health food.

Grapes hang in clusters that resemble the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell. they are good for kidney health and are a good source of quick energy.
A walnut are good brain. They are a staple food for cancer patients. Walnuts are low in fat, are full of nutrients, support the immune system and help enhance memory and brain function.

Kidney beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function. They look exactly like the human kidneys. They are full of enzymes that help in cleaning the kidneys. kidney beans are a rich source of soluble fiber, which helps remove cholesterol and keep the digestive tract clean and working effectively

Oranges, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits . They are very good for the health of the breasts
if i feel so stressed...ill get one small cup of ice cream....its a stress reliever and it works for me.....
but to stay healthy all the time, eat more vegetables and fruits rather than oily foods and i usually drink warm water instead of cold one......
Use vegitables instead of fatty meats and meat foods. Burger, pizza can make us chubby
Drink water as much as you can and do not forget your daily exercise and meditation.

Drink plenty of water, get good sleep
Only eating good stuff will not help. You have to be stress and tension free. Your life style directly determine your health. Have sufficient rest & sleep. Exercise regularly. Have peace of mind and control your temper. Otherwise, what ever you eat, it will not benefit you. Also drink lots of water through out the day.
Usually the sense of stress can be combated with a good night's sleep and consuming lots of fruits, vegetables and lean meat. And this diet can be mixed with a light exercise schedule will help you overcome stress.
Healthy health is good for the human life.there are some tips to stay healthy eat healthy foods and fruits which gives good amount of vitamins and calcium, drink more and more water per day, avoid junk foods and smoking, do yoga and exercises daily.these all are the best tips to stay healthy.
I'd say a healthy mind is almost essential for a healthy body. Not to take life too seriously, being able to laugh and enjoy living. Usually when one is able to enjoy, it's almost as though it is that much easier to make healthier choices. We feel more motivated to move around, and look after ourselves.
in today's busy life, when there is not a much time for proper exercise we must take care of our diet to keep us healthy. one must avoid fatty and oily stuff, natural vegetables and salad should be used in plenty to keep oneself healthy.
