I have no objection to making it brown. You should have different colours.
Like one in Red, one in blue, one in green, one in black, ect..

but doesn't that also mean more revenue from ad hits? well, I think it's nice to at least provide credit to the one that hosts you ^_^
On average, frihost get more money from the times a person will click on an ad than it costs them to keep their site hosted, otherwise the whole concept and site would fail. So more users = bigger surplus = more upgrades = better service = more users... and so on and so forth.
