Goodwill Industries?

Ryox
Is this a good place to start a work environment? As in, learning a job before I get placed in one?

For the experiences I had, I shouldn't need to go through this but than again, It would be a good experience since I haven't had a lot of experience in nothing but fast-food environment.

What do you think, Should Michigan Department of Labor be putting me through this, or should just put me in a job and see how I do?

I dislike the fact that they toss people around, just to see their strengths and weaknesses, but than again, it's a good experience to learn again.

The fact I like about them is that they are trying their best to make an effort to work around with my disability that I have and trying to find ways to work with me, instead of against me.
