Installing CMS (wordpress)

codersfriend
hi guys
I've just uploaded the web application wordpress. My problem is whenever I run the install, it prompts an
Code:
 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

message. I think there is a problem whenever it tries to access it. How do I resolved this and has anyone also installed wordpress here at frihost? thanks Smile

1. Check your WordPress files for permissions above 755.
2. Check your WordPress .htaccess file. One of the rules may be incorrect..

According to me the Wordpress installation is the most simple, fast and easy installation of all the CMS softwares.. It is easy and gets completed in just 3 to 4 steps. You just need to create a database then give the details and that's it..you are done. I have given some links that would help all in installing Wordpress without any flaws.

Are you using Cpanel..?

Then follow this link:
