how to backup emails on gmail?Amann
can anyone tel me which is the best software to backup emails on gmail except outlook because i am not able to download all my mails using outlook ... and if any body knows why i am not able to download all my mails they can guide me ?.... Thanks in advance....

How about popping your emails from Gmail through Mozilla Thunderbird?

chartcentral Thanks for your reply ... but i have tried ThunderBird but even that doesnt works .... the problem with thunderbird and outlook is that it is not completely backing up my mails which is a bit scary for me as i dont want to loose my mails..... if you have any other way kindy tell me Thanks for youe help

How about hotmail? Is it possible to download your emails from hotmail?

Can you give some more information please? What happens when you try to download your emails? What are your email settings? Did you follow any kind of instructions? What operating system do you use? What version of Outlook? etc. I would like to help, but you have not given us enough information to do so. Related topics
