I have a FAQ document, but it is MONGO long, like really long. Its in word, how would i make it so that i can let people download it from my site? Is that possible?

It depends which file type your faq is stored in. But long faq files are common on the internet. Please take a look at our faq, I mean the way it is made. There are links to the questions on top, going to the answer in question and after every topic, there is a link to the top of the page.
well like, we are going to have a few of them. Based on how to do certain stuff.
One way is you can zip it up and then upload it to your site. make a link to it and there ya go. instant download
