[RESOLVED] Add-on or Parked Domain

Went ahead and just got a domain name at Godaddy.... only $9.20 after all was said and done.
I was wondering about the Parked and Add-on features in C-panel that a couple of you here have turned me on too.
I understand how to set each up, really no problem there. I was wondering if there are any pros and/or cons to each of these functions.
And just to make sure I understand what will happen.....
Add-on sets up a folder in my present public_html folder with my respective domain name.
If that's the case, what does the Parked domain do? Set up a totally different directory?

I think the difference is that parked domain is just temporary place for your domain, like you park the car in some parking space.

Bondings

Parked will show the same as your subdomain(public_html). Addon will show the same as a directory of your subdomain(public_html/directory).

Use a parked domain if you want the domain to point to your current site. (eg. http://www.example.com/ --> /public_html/ [same as http://yoursite.frihost.net/])
Use an addon domain if you want the domain to point to a subdirectory of your site (eg. http://www.example.com/ --> /public_html/subdirectory/ [same as http://yoursite.frihost.net/subdirectory/]

If you're starting a new site out of your webspace, or having a sub-site or something, use an addon domain. Otherwise, use a parked domain.

Both functions require you to set the nameservers for your domain to ns1.frihost.net and ns2.frihost.net

Well, I went ahead and just did the add-on, and everything is working fine.
After I registered for the domain, it took only about 3 or 4 hours for it to take effect.
