seeing the performance on the west indian tracks ishant is defitely my first pick and zaheer ofcourse goes without saying... if they play a third i would like to see praveen filling up for it... the batting order is more or kess settled with sehwag gambhir and sachin coming back at no. 7 raina might be given a go in the test side since he can bowl some handy leg spinners. .. the spinners are quite fixed and bhajji... should share it with amit mishra as he is a better tweker of the cricket ball... what do you people think???
Who would have thought that the Indian team names that i did take for the team would turn out to play like this? I mean look at the performance the team looks like absolutely mediocre schoolboys team. The performance from Rahul Dravid was the only credible thing in the entire series. That too Dravid's was a very hard fought innings. Besides there were a very highs from the series it seemed to be an absolutely ordinary side with absolutely no technique at all. somehow the team also looked to be lacking confidence drooping shoulders and all... It seems that the Indian Tigers have played too much to really open their eyes and stare into the eyes of the English men
I must say, while delighted to be leading the series 2-0, I'm disappointed with the Indians....England have outplayed them in all departments though, that mustn't be forgotten.....to win a series you have to win individual battles - so far England are on top in all aspects.
While you can forgive Indian batsmen a little for struggling in English conditions against good, English seam bowling, and they lost 2 of their best bowlers, their fielding has been nothing short of schoolboy-ish.....very poor in the field.
